The Vårruset is Sweden's largest fitness tour for girls, where over 3 million girls have participated since its inception in 1989. The race takes place between May 4 and June 4, 2026, and visits 19 cities in Sweden, including Stockholm and Karlstad. Participants can choose to run, jog, or walk 2.5 or 5 km, and those who register as a team will receive a festive picnic after crossing the finish line. Registration for 2026 opens on December 2!
